Adam Newton
DOCTORAL CANDIDATE

I completed my master’s degree at Western University in 2017 and am currently completing my doctoral degree in clinical psychology. I am a member of the Canadian Psychological Association, the Ontario Psychological Association, and the Canadian Sleep Society.

I have been fortunate to provide psychological assessment and intervention services in several settings, including schools, forensic and children’s hospitals, outpatient clinics, and community mental health agencies. I have provided these services for children, adolescents, families, adults, and veterans living with mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorders, and neurodevelopmental disorders.

At McKenzie Psychology, I provide assessment and therapy for children, adolescents, and families under the supervision of Dr. Devita Singh. I value a person- and family-centred approach to therapy. Further, I firmly believe in the importance of evidence-based assessment and intervention. Together, these values enhance my ability to help patients achieve meaningful growth.
