I completed my master’s degree at the University of Western Ontario in 2016 and am currently completing my doctoral degree in clinical psychology. I am a member of the Canadian Psychological Association, the Ontario Psychological Association, and the London Regional Psychological Association. At McKenzie Psychology, I have the pleasure of working under the supervision of Dr. Sandra McKenzie, seeing both adolescents and adults.
I have had the opportunity to provide psychological services in a range of settings, such as general hospitals, community mental health centres, tertiary mental health hospitals, private practices, and the Thames Valley District School Board. My clinical experience has included providing assessment and treatment for children, adolescents, and adults with mood and anxiety disorders, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, personality disorders, posttraumatic stress disorder, gender dysphoria, insomnia disorder, and post-concussion syndrome. I have also conducted group therapy and parenting consultation.
I maintain a patient-centred approach in my clinical work and aim to create a welcoming and secure relationship with my patients. It is in these settings that patients can commit themselves to the work of understanding, growth, and overcoming personal challenges.
